Preferred Health Care Services provides health care and companionship services in the client’s home environment. The heart has been a recurring theme throughout their identity from the beginning and represents a level of humanity and caring that runs through the entire organization. When it was time to update the brand identity, we all wanted to maintain the warmth and kindness of their corporate culture while giving the organization a more professional and current feel. The clean new look has given them new pride and momentum as the company moves into new areas of endeavour and strengthens their existing business.
Continuing the clean, caring ethos that began with the identity, we strived to maintain it on the web site. We organized and aligned the information in a manner that also communicated the professional nature of the company. The objective was to give visitors the confidence that they or those that they cared about would be in good hands. The site was logical and intuitive in its layout and avoided deep layering ensuring that the user was always a click or two from home. Using real people and avoiding contrived or posed-looking imagery, we worked to establish connectivity – people helping people.
