While no one would dispute the importance of a strong brand identity, its consistency of use is arguably as important or more so. With this in mind, and our past experience in financial sector brand development and our extensive work with the CoverMe master brand, Manulife reached out to us to help them make the Affinity Markets side of their business more consistent.
Upon completion of a full inventory and rationalization, we embarked on the steps to develop a full set of grids for on and off-line use. We codified and further developed brand persona, voice and established standards to ensure that the brand presented a consistent, professional and confident face to the world through whatever channel it engaged its stakeholders.
